While every precaution will be taken to keep the work area clean and protected, it is a wet trade, some residue may be left afterwards.

It is highly recommended that working areas should have all furniture and valuable household items removed prior to work starting, to avoid any accidents.

We will provide carpet coverings and furniture sheets where necessary. On the occasion where furniture or valuable household items are not removed from the work area Renovation Plastering does not accept responsibility for damage to these items.

Please understand we are not electricians or plumbers so will not be able to remove radiators or large light fittings (chandeliers), if you require plastering behind a radiator it will have to be removed prior to our project starting. We recommend you contact a qualified person to carry out these tasks.

As plaster board and plaster is defined as a hazardous waste, it needs to be disposed of correctly and responsibly. We will have to take plaster to a waste disposal plant, at a cost, please understand that we charge per bag of waste plaster.
